What are your bandanas made from?

We only use 100% cotton fabric for our main line due to the fact it's a breathable, lightweight and hypoallergenic fabric.

Some of our limited edition or specialty lines are made from mixed materials, however we will clearly state in the product description if this is the case. 

 All of our bandanas are hand-made in Australia. 

 

How do I know what size to get?

We have a sizing chart located on our main menu. If you're still unsure or you don't see your dogs breed, you can either measure their collar and compare the size to our chart or simply send an email and we'll let you know what size would fit best.

If your dog is mixed breed, we suggest getting the size that fits the larger breed.

 

Can I wash the bandanas?

Yes, we recommend cold hand wash or cold delicate cycle to avoid any shrinking. Dry in the shade or on low tumble dry. Iron on the 'cotton' setting.

All of our bandanas come with a care instruction card as well. 

  

Will you have any bandanas for cats?

Yes! Our XS fits a cat collar perfectly.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and parts of Europe. Some countries are excluded.

 

Can I shop in person?

Yes, if you live locally we do a number of markets around Victoria. 

 Announcements for Markets are usually made on our Instagram or Facebook Pages. 

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal & Afterpay

 

How long will shipping take?

Australia Standard Shipping is usually 3-6 days, but may take up to 10 days.

Australia Express Shipping is usually 1-3 days

International Standard Shipping is 2-3 weeks

 

Is there tracking?

 For Australian orders we have 2 options with tracking, Registered Post which requires a signature and also Express Shipping.

Australian Standard Shipping does NOT have tracking, if you select this option we are unable to track your parcel if it goes missing and we aren't able to replace it. 

All International parcels at this stage do NOT come with tracking.

Can I get a refund?

We only offer refunds if the product is damaged on arrival. Email us with an image of the damage and we will refund your order.  We DO NOT offer refund for wrong sizes so please make sure you check our size chart before you purchase, if you are unsure please contact us and we will happily check sizing for you. 

We also cannot give refunds if you have selected standard shipping and your order has not arrived, since shipping is out of our control we can only replace those who have selected the trackable shipping options. 

 

Can we share images with you?
